I'm so happy that you're considering joining a challenge group! A year ago, daily workouts would have felt impossible to me, but with the accountability that I get from being a part of these groups myself, it's become a daily habit that I look forward to.

I'm including the link to the challenge pack I'm recommending for anyone interested in 80-day Obsession. I got the recommendation to use these products from my cousins Autumn Calabrese (the creator of the program) and her sister, Calie, who is a cast member. Calie said the entire cast used the performance line like the meal plan includes and I figured I'd try it too. To me, it's an imperative part of my process, as I wake up at 4:30, drink my energize, have a cup of coffee, eat my pre-workout meal and am working out by 5:15. I follow it up with chocolate recover (which may be the tastiest part of my day!) and continue following the timed nutrition meal plan the rest of the day. In the first month alone, I went down in inches, pounds, and body fat %. I've straightened my posture, gained muscle definition, strength, endurance and confidence.
It's a very results-driven designed program and our current challengers can tell you all about their results too!
Anyone joining 80-day obsession challenge groups will also get an invite to a private facebook group where we upload and share recipes/meal plans, before/after shots, and more. Also, There are 3 phases to the program and we have a get together at a restaurant at the end of each phase!

The kit includes your membership to Beachbody on Demand so you'll have access to all 80 of the unique workouts that we'll be doing together, plus that starts right away so you can start exploring all of the other workouts that are available to you (it's like the netflix of fitness programs). If you have time, do a round of A Little Obsessed which is a 5-day program to acclimate you to the equipment and types of exercises you'll find in 80-day Obsession, but only 30-min workouts. Also included in the pack are 2 sets of resistance loops, your strength sliders, your portion containers for the nutrition plan, a shaker cup, and your getting started guided and access to the nutrition plan.
