This program is a long time coming! I’ve been studying and testing and coaching groups and living my philosophies and honing in on my approach for the last 2 years. I’ve spent enough time in the field studying and LIVING to know that true wellness isn’t just about eating our greens and exercise. No. To attain optimal health, we must not neglect any area of our lives. Afterall, we know that STRESS can actually inhibit effective digestion. Everything is interconnected. We must seek harmony across not just our diet and fitness but our relationships, careers, spirituality and more. Understanding the interconnectedness is just one of the tools of this program.

My program is designed to RESULT in wellness and to provide the tools to MAINTAIN and continue OPTIMIZING your health forevermore.

I am not interested in spinning my wheels nor wasting your time. I know you’re busy. I know this is a big commitment but I also know that you want something that actually works. I want that for you too. I also know the pathway. I’ve been down it, I’ve studied it and it’s proven.

I’ve created a 6-month program designed to get results. I can’t help you transform your patterns, thinking and habits in a session or two; This happens over 12, 50-minute sessions (2 per month for 6 months). Our sessions will take place at the same time and day of the week every session.

For example, if you sign up Wednesday’s at 5pm, you are Wednesday’s at 5pm for all 12 sessions. There are no cancellations and no money back, but given that life can get in the way, I offer one “snow day”, where you are able to cancel within 24 hrs to another available time slot at no extra charge and you do not lose any value. In truth, this is designed to HELP you reach your goals. To help you stick to your commitment to health. There will be times when you won’t want to. This is not to inconvenience you. I have limited availability and only a few time slots each week. I’ve got a program that works but I’ve got limited time to share it and it only works with your commitment to it. This is your first commitment to your health.

While The Program is goal oriented and has structure and resources that help you along your journey. That said, it looks different for everyone.

So here’s how it works….

  1. You will fill out the form below to indicate your interest to me.

  2. I will then send you a “health history” form and we’ll set up a FREE consultation via skype or in-person depending on availability and location.

  3. You will fill out the form and email to me in advance of our consultation.

  4. Our consultation will run 50 minutes long. We will discuss your health history form answers but I will not be offering any advice on this call. This is just to determine if my program is right for you and for us to determine if we want to work together!

  5. Following the consultation you’ll let me know if you’d like to sign up for the Program.

  6. You will provide HALF the total cost of the program up front and the 2nd half will be due before your 6th appointment.

  7. We’ll schedule your standing appointment - twice a month for a 6-month period.
